trust at eSofa because all of our frames are guaranteed against structural
manufacturing defects for a period of ten years from the date of delivery.

Peace of Mind
The ten-year structural
warranty on our sofas is in addition to eSofas one-year guarantee, which
protects all of our goods for one year from the date of delivery against
manufacturing defects.
What
is not covered?
• Misuse
• Wear & Tear (Accidental or deliberate)
• Failure to keep up with maintenance
• Use for commercial or institutional purposes
• A product that has been improperly assembled or
stored (e.g. damp or in direct sunlight.)
• Any object that has been altered in any way.
• Goods on clearance/display
• Failure to
adhere to the terms of these assurances
