COVID-19 Statement
Following the UK Government's latest guidelines we will continue to operate as usual.
We have put measures in place to make certain that we continue to deliver to all our customers whilst ensuring the well being and safety of all our customers, staff and delivery teams.
Deliveries
Our two man delivery teams are continuing to operate as usual. We will be offering a hallway delivery service to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery teams. If you would prefer a doorstep delivery service please advise us 2 working days prior to delivery and we will ensure that the delivery team is aware of this.
Our teams will be equipped with gloves, hand sanitising gels and wipes to enable them to provide a safe delivery to customers’ homes.
Customer Services
Our Customer Services Team continue to be available either via email or telephone during our opening hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. If you need to change delivery times or are self isolating please do not hesitate to contact us 2 working days prior to delivery so that we can make the necessary arrangements with our delivery drivers.
Warehousing
Our warehouses remain fully operational and all staff are following a rigorous hygiene regime with increased hand washing and cleaning more frequently. Warehouse staff are kept at safe distances from each other to ensure their continued safety.
